And as for the quote above.... Shux you got me.

What you didn't get though was the amount of pm's I received after my post. Many pm's along the lines of "well said" were sent my way. And I myself think it was well said, and not inappropriate at all.

Mainly deep fried for me but I do occasionally bake or broil wth the fish wrapped in bacon.
