Funny thing,


I searched for Spider Thread and found nothing......


The first spectra braid to work was power pro. The developer/owner of powerpro sold the company and then started a new company called western monofilament brand = tuf line.

Post a picture or link for SPIDER THREAD.

The only braid I will not use is spider WIRE!

I like to use P-Line Spectrex IV great casting line that is fade resistant.

This removes all doubt for me, thanks Sheldon.

I put some of this on my baitcaster (this spring) as a lower cost alternative to PowerPro, taking a gamble on its quality. It has held up about the same as PP and I find it fades a bit less too. 3 or 4 bucks a spool less than PP. Even managed to de-tangle 2 overruns quickly ...

Power Pro...has never let me down once....I don't worry about it turning white as I always use a fluro lead....

Jordan, This thread and push for Spiderthread wouldn't have anything to do with the Spiderthread tourney shirt in your avatar does it?....very subtle... :lol: :lol: :lol:
