Question for the tournament guys.

Do the organizations talk to each other? I'm curious because on the Tri's last summer there were 5 tournaments in one week. It shut the lakes down for a couple weeks after that. I'm only curious. I was going to tournament fish this year as a non-boater but I sold the car to pay for my tuition
