Re: Casey Ashley on RBR this week
Hi Paul, this is very cool!!
If I could ask him anything,
How did it feel to drive back to the weigh-in knowing you just won the Bassmaster Classic..?
Now obviously he didn't know 100% but with with just over 20 pounds he weighed the 2nd heaviest bag of the entire event, when it mattered most.
I'd also ask about his last day lure, is there a reason he uses a fluke trailer vs using a paddle tail swimbait?
Thanks Paul! I'll be listening!

Right on Paul, will be listening for sure!
Most anglers caught the majority of their fish off the docks in shallow water.
My question would be;
Was it a tough decision for Ashley to adjust his pattern and move off the docks to go in 40 f.o.w. ?
A gamble that certainly paid off! Go big or go home!
Thanks,
Marc

Shawn, Mav;
Thanks for the questions. I'll be sure to ask Casey. He's such a personable guy and he'll be happy to answer your questions. My question would be about the homemade spinner which he used, and why did he think it was successful.
Keep them coming.
Thanks

Kudos to RBR for getting Casey on, that's cool.
I'd ask him when he's going to order his new tournament shirts? Cause the one he uses next season will look a lot different than that one. Jammed pack with opportunity!

Paul,
I'll be listening for sure. Great that you can get him on such short notice.
My question has to do with mental preparation.
Knowing that he might come out winning the Classic, I'd ask what is the mental preparation the night before that last day.

Re: Casey Ashley on RBR this week
What are the 3 most important things that helped him win this tourney?
and are they different from the 3 most important things at other tourneys or the rest of his pro-fishing career.

Should be a good listen for sure Paul! If we can't manage to tune in live, what's the best way to find previous episodes? I can't seem to find them on any podcast search engine and when I check the Renegade website I only see Jan 3/15 as the most current available.

Hey Jason,
We've been working on the website and all of the podcasts have not been uploaded yet. The urgency wasn't there because they are all on TSN as well. Thanks for listening, keep the comments, ideas, and suggestions coming.

Paul,
Great interview. All our questions were answered in one way or another.
As a side note not related to the Ashley interview.
The information concerning which techniques might work for the Renegade qualifiers was excellent.
Information on which lures might be good in relation to the spawning season is great for any body of water.
Short, sweet and concise. Well worth taking notes on this one.
