You are allowed to have comprehensive coverage in QC too... we just don't pay as much as our Ontario brethren to get it... Just costs us a little more for our plates!!

I would be pretty certain that BA is insured to the eye balls... just hope he chose the flood damage option on the Sunfire!! I picked it up on the Impala since I started fishing with him.
