I've had a good chance to meet a few great fellas on here going for duck in the mornings in Ottawa's west-end and figure I'd take a shot for more seeing as I've got all week's mornings open and no hunting plans!
Anyone who's looking for a morning hunt (6am to 8:30am approximately, home by 9:00-9:15), drop me a note. Once the time changes we'd have to adjust times/plans accordingly.
In terms of mutual equipment I've got an aluminum canoe and an idea of a spot. Ideal candidate has dekes and some tarp or burlap to cover up the canoe. Neither are necessary but I don't have dekes yet and the canoe is silver in colour
Oh, and it also helps if you are a mallard magnet and/or have some idea of how to use a duck call!
As early as tomorrow morning (nov 2nd) would be ok with me.
