So... What are you guys looking forward to trying this year?
Re: So... What are you guys looking forward to trying this y
Well
RJ may be sponsored by Shimano and other companies BUT he posts MANY fish.
So I see two fish pics from a lot of $$ gear.....hardly seems like a good ROE.

Maybe that's because of what the title of the thread is?
This thread is about what you have acquired over the winter and what your excited to try this upcoming year. It's not show pictures of fish you caught with your newly aquired expensive gear.

Jimmy,
If you are looking for an ROE, stop fishing. There is no such thing when it comes to buying fishing gear. You buy it , it tears, you lose it , or it breaks.
Seriously, just sell all of your gear and stop talking nonsense.

Adam,
I too have some gear I cannot wait to use this season.
After breaking my carp rod over the weekend I have two suitable salt rods coming from FL this weekend that will be perfect to use.
I also bought a new kind of glow bobber in SC for night time gar. I hope they pan out better than the Thule ones I purchase yearly.
I have also been looking to acquire a new frog rod this year and possibly a new muskie rod.
I also look forward to trying out a few new proto type muskie baits a friend who makes them wants me to trial.
I use my gear till its 100% worn out. Then I replace it. So far I have 4 rods to replace and 2 muskie reels.

Back on topic, I now own 4 Curado's, 3 of them E series and two that are left and two that are righties.

Looking forward to using my Gseries 5.5 Ratio, its my first time owning a reel with a slow Ratio.

I'll be Cranking until my arms fall off!

I treated myself to a Daiwa Tatula and Mojo Bass combo. Feels pretty nice and under 200$. I also grabbed a Daiwa Lexa 300 to put on an older muskie rod. I am looking forward to the Lexa's line capacity so I don't cast out all my 65lb 832 suffix using an orange and black bulldog

So you go through the trouble of quickly grabbing these off the wall, paying for them, and hiding them in your car so no one can see what you bought and then go post it on FH?TheMaverick wrote: Can't leave Paddletales with at least a few lures....Arbogast Buzz Plug and a few Duo tungsten Vibration's
What's wrong with you Mav?

Nice color on the JDM 110. Where did you pick that up?biggs wrote:
I finally made time to take some pics.
Shimano case with lots of new Jerkbaits (Megabass/ Duo/ Rapala)

Jackal and Mann's wakebaits (I have never used wakebaits)

Molix Supernato which is kind of a hybrid between a hollowbodied frog and a crankbait.

Lunkerhunt...

And pretty much looking forward to all of these... That Pflueger is looking out of place though. I may have to do something about that...
