To The 1000 Islands Friday

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

To The 1000 Islands Friday

Post by Ty »

Hello all,

Loved all the smack talk from the Rumble :D

Any last minute location suggestions for the pike up there?

Anyone know what the water temp is?

All welcome to look us up. Just look for the blue house boat with a TV antenna on top :D

Thanks Ty

1000 Island pike

Post by hawgwild »

Hey Ty,

Spent the last 4 days on the St. Lawrence. The pike that I found were around Aubrey and Bostwick Islands on the Canadian side. Most were caught on a 1/2 oz. black single colorado blade with a black and blue skirt. As a trailer I was using a black and blue hula grub. Pike were caught in 6 foot or less.

Good luck and let us know how it goes.
