Heading out on the Ottawa, near Constance Bay tomorrow. Anybody know if its iced or should I pack dynamite.

I have not been there lately but I doubt the river proper is frozen. 
The bay may but dont be the first out if early. I always wait to see if a local goes out if I dont know the area. 
If you want some fish go to places like crappie bay that are frozen enough to walk on. First weekend off in 4 months and tomorrow is egg roll making day. All day event(making 200) so Sunday is reserved for a little stroll on the ice.
