This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Ottawa River Report!

Post by jig head »

Headed out with bucketmouth wednesday morning to see if we could catch a few crappie and i must say we did pretty well that day. We arrived there to discover that a few pigs have left a huge mess and lit a fire on the ice.

Looks like the decided to have a little to much fun and decided to blow up an axe bottle.

Dont worry we did clean up the mess as best as we could

So we drill our hole and start to fish. Here are a couple of fish we caught that day

We Met up with seabass, cayote, and earlshruggs ( is that right)? Seabass managed a few crappie aswell.

All in all I think we had a great day on the water :D . Sorry if the pictures might be a little blurry, the lence fogged up multiple times.

Was a good day out for sure Jighead. Those dipsh*ts who left the mess really pee pee me off though.

Folks, we followed the trail of beer caps and muffin stumps towards shore as we were cleaning up their mess and found 9 or 10 frozen crappies discarded at the shoreline, so not only were these idiots messy but they left fish to spoil as well. we couldn't believe what we were seeing... a real shame.

It's EARLSCRUGGS, old bluegrass legend(beverely hillbillies)way ,way before your time. For that matter before my time, anyway...

You and cayote did a fine clean up after those slobes..

Seabass said you guy's were slaughting the crappies went we where to the baitshop(he scopped our minnows for us,he must work there for free bait 'cause he was fishin' next to yawl' all morning!!!

Sorry I didn't chat more but I was with a bussiness partner(what a great place for a meeting)!!!

Manage to catch a nice 6 lbs pike but my NEW kodak's internal light when dead  (might has been the cold)

Merry Chrismas everyone and hope to see yaw'll fishin...
