Took a trip up to the cottage for the long weekend with some friends. We all got a chance to fish despite the wet and windy weather. Most of the weekend was spent chasing pike. Most fish were caught on Blue Fox spinners.
Here's a picture of the biggest one caught:
On Monday, my brother Iain and Corrie decided to try for some lakers. They managed two, with the bigger one going to Corrie.

Great job guys, both fish are beautiful. I'm looking forward to fishing for some lakers at the beginning of June. They certainly look like a lot a fun. That Pike must have been knarly to eh? Ya gotta love a Pike that size, even though we curse the small ones.
