Help on Buckhorn Lake

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Help on Buckhorn Lake

Post by american_angler »

Hello everyone, I would like to take this time to say thanks to the site admins and to all who help keep the fishing world alive with their tips and advise. Great job! I am visiting the Buckhorn Lake area in July and I would like to know if anyone has any information that would help me in hooking some great walleye or musky. I will be staying near Six Foot Bay. Thanks

I believe you're talking about Upper Buckhorn. If it was me, I'd steer the boat into Lower Buckhorn and fish weedbed edges with big bucktails for good musky action. Good luck.
