musky LURES

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

The Lakewood boxes are great, I have the Musky Junior, nice centre section for spinners and side pockets for trinkets. Haven't seen them locally though, we had to mail order south.

Great boxes, got mine at the All Muskies booth at the Carp show , Great boxes , worth looking for.

JB's in TO might have them.

Maybe a good idea to start a "Lookin for"post.

Stacy Ash at www.protacklemuskyshop.com has them, or if not in stock get what you want. Also www.rollieandhelens.com are good to order from, I have had good luck with them in the past you might want to ask about shipping as they are large.

finally popped in today to see what the fuss was about. Sure enough the wall was full of interesting lures. They had some nice wood cranks there but had never heard of the make so not sure of the pedigree - no packaging either anyone heard of them - forget the name, something wood. Apart from that, the stock with those big grandmas looked very much like the AllMusky stand from Carp Show that never materialised as a Store in Ottawa. Consignment ??? Anyway, good to see some stock of the really big stuff - fall is almost here
:D

Ady, that was my thought too as soon as a heard there was a pile of grandma's for sale...I went in there after work today and has a look around, bought some grandmas...asked the young lad at the counter about "all muskie" and was that his left over stock for sale?...he replied that it was from a US collector who wanted to dispose of his stuff. I expressed my skeptism and pointed over to some USELESS Lelure crawlers that I had bought at the carp show at coincidentally the same $30 price - (don't buy them, they spin and don't crawl - I bougt two trebles for $30). The Grandma selection was outstanding though, just like at the carp show - US collector...thats the strangest thing I heard all week.

Hi, this is Des from All Musky - Yes the lures that you see in Sports Action are from the stock of All Musky.

We did not get the store open for this season so an arrangement was made with Sports Action to make available to some of the inventory to you for the fall.

Good Fishing!!

Des

It would seem the rumours about the "death" of All Musky have been somewhat exagerated
Any word as to when the store might be up and running?
How about online???

thought so - no dig or anything, just wondered. The Wood lures that form the main part of the display are Luckwood Lures - tried googling them for info but nothing found, they looked cool so got one and also picked up a nice holo grandma. Now to see how they work :D
