Now that is something else! Are these fish the ones i read about that they are trying to rid of in some of the states that invaded the waters from overseas?
First thoughts i had was maybe it was and they are allowing them to get rid of them by any means possible..even with bows??
Looks like a dangerous extreme sport not fishing.

hhmmm, Why would you want to release an invading species that threatens all great lakes fisheries? It's called a "Cull" and all killed carp are given back to Mother Earth in a big pit. She and her creatures use every bit of them.fishingnewbee wrote:MY FRIEND FROM MANITULIN ISLAND TOLD ME HIM AND HIS FRIENDS USED TO DO THE SAME THING...CARP FISHING COMPOUND BOW STYLE...
BUT HE GREW OUT OF IT AFTER HE WAS FIFTEEN....NOT REALY VERY GOOD FOR CETCH AND RELEASE.

That's insane! I have never seen anything like that before. Not only is it insane, it's screaming accident and lawsuit. My god, I can't believe that. There's one part in this video where the boat driving beside actually stops while the other boat keeps going and puts themselves right in the path of 2 people shooting arrows into the air. What a ridiculously stupid thing to do.
Who wants to go and when do we leave?
