Another Outdoor Card Question

My "educated" guess is based on Sports Action. Its the worst/ crap shop ever. They're money hungry assholes. I tried to buy a shotgun from them...never again...NEVER. LOSERS.

Well if anyone is interested in the response I got from the MNR, here it is.
Greetings,

Our system does not record sticker licences that are purchased at outside issuers. As long as you have the sticker on the back of your Outdoors Card, that’s all you need to go fishing.
