Sorry bud...my ride cancelled cause of the weather...Ottawa is a parking lot and after 25 min. from orleans to st laurent he gave up.

Don't blame him though..I figure it would take 1.5 2hr to get to the prior..

Freeking snow

Hey Big Guy!

I was the ride, so it's my fault we didn't make it. Went great from Orleans to the split .... then I sat there and moved about 200 YARDS in 20 minutes. Said "Oh darn, this is not an acceptable rate of progress" .... or something like that and called it quits.

Hope the local guys were out in force and that we can join you next year

Snow storm had me going home early, errrr left Renfrew at 5:30 and got home by 8:30. I did have a couple of stopovers ( 1 hr max ) as I knew I'd be sitting in traffic.

Some people should stay home if they are scared of a little snow. I was just coming through the last passing zone before Arnprior doing 108 km when I hit a freight train doing 40 km. Took me longer for those last couple of miles then it did the rest of the way.

And the entire time on the Queensway there was very little traffic but the middle and right lane huggers made it real hard to get to speed limit. And coming off 417 I had this moron doing 50km before he even was on the exit.

Now all this would make sense if we were in snow but the roads were black to black lanes with slush in between. No reason to be going that slow this is Canada, yes be careful when changing lanes or slowing down but no need to be doing 1/2 speed limits that's for sure. I thought they were there for the worse of conditions.

Thank god I don't have to drive with these morons to often.

I hope you guys had a good turnout from the locals.
Catch and release them all
