Both Berkley and Mann's have their own type of artificial leech, the Berkley Gulp leech and the Mann's PROtein leech. Has anyone compared the two of these during a fishing trip? Thanks.

I haven't compared the two, but I have used the Berkley Alive leeches and am sold on them.

I have to disagree Walker....Mann have the edge, but it depends on how you prepare them, really.

I used the berkleys with tremendous success... I was amazed how different the bite was on the different coloursed leeches... I had black ones and dark broun with black dots ... I caught 3X more fish on the brown leeches

I'm sold on the Berkley also. I like the 3" black. These produce very well in my pond.
