Musky Lines
Just looking for some personal preferences of all the musky-heads. Last season I used Power Pro will great success, and I've hear alot of praise from other people about it, what do you guys use/recommend? Western Filament, SpiderWire Ultracast Invisibraid, Musky Master...etc? I doubt I'll be switching, but its good to know what other people else use, and waste some time until the ice is gone haha

I've been using power pro on 4 rods for the last 5 yrs and have had no failures, no brake offs, no issues.
Crap will happen with each line at certain times but that does not mean it's to be expected.
It's only a matter of preference, don't let opinions sway you.
Try a couple and make up your own mind.
80 lb braided you can't go wrong.

good to hear about tuff line
i used spider wire braid for years and it is excellent
i use power pro 100 lb on two rods. the reason i went to 100 lb (over 80) is to avoid any chance of the line burying into the reel when setting the hook.
and i never have snarls

the great thing about braid is you can run it for years. if it's getting a bit worn just reverse it on your reel ... presto brand new line
