Hey there Hawk, remember going out to manotick on the rideau river and fishing muskie with the fish-hakw lads!!?? Remember using your... well whatever it was!!! Well basically you rig up your typical bass jig and throw on "whatever is in your tackle box to spruce it up" and you were catching muskie right!!!
Well just picked up the april/may 2004 issue of in-fisherman and on page 70 they call it the "SACRED COMBO" and ill be dammed, looks pretty close to what you were using, or at least what you were trying to acheive!! Just thought it was funny!!! And way to go hawk, apparently your heading in the right direction to catch a whopper of a muskie!!
