Mother's Day

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Mother's Day

Post by wolfe »

Although we are a gross minority here, HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY to all of you lady anglers with little rug rats.

You know I'm cut out of a different cloth when I get presents like a brand new pole, Mepps Pike Killer and Rapala lure kits!!!! Unfortunately, the biggest mom of all, Mother Nature, delivered a rainy & cold gift today.

All you fellas out there: treat your wives and moms EXTRA nice today!

Absolutely, Happy Mother's Day Ladies!

May you get that special rod 'n reel you've always wanted :!:  Even though I'm at work, I managed to have the kids make Mom breakfast in bed with a little phone instruction for using the stove, the eggs you know!

We took her to the Lone star for dinner last night, had a great time.
I'm sure she'll be calling me shortly about the breakfast :!: Ahhh :!: More brownie points :!:

Have a great day ladies :!:

WIG,

Hey, you got to rack up those brownie points whenever possible to get yourself a "get out of the doghouse free" playing card for some future bumble!

:D :D :D

Best mother's day yet. I was gonna cook up a nice BBQ chicken dinner when I got home from fishin. (she's such a dove to let me go tubing down the river on her day) When I got home she was pleasantly surprised with my 16 3/4 inch brook trout. I tied flies all day the day before and it kind of annoyed her so when I brought home that fish she let me off the hook. Happy mothers day to her and I.

Is it mothers day again this weekend? That'd be great.

Happy Belated Mothers to all the mothers.

As for BigJoe
I went the whole 9 yards for my lady
Was that nine yards your drive on the first hole. How was the rest of your round?

I was a good hubbie. Stuck it out to do whatever she wanted. The sacrifice was not fishing on the nicest day so far of 2004. But she's worth at least on day a year.
