Ryan, it's hard enough to get an accurate measurement on a fish in the best of times let alone a Muskie of that size!!....the tape should go from the nose to the tip of the V, not the middle of the V...also, take a quick girth measurement next time and this will give you an approximate weight :wink:

Is 24 inch girth a plausible guess?
I mean , It was fat for sure , do you think you could guess by the pics or?

like i said we learnt from the best O the best! 8)

next time we will mesure the girth quickly! 8)

this fish was a blessing! for first timmers like us!

but i have to hand it to my cousin for switching lures! 8)

its amazing how im still tromatized... :shock:

is this type of trolling considered being right in the prop wash or should i be putting the rod holder right in the back of my boat???
