McGreggor lake?

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

It is a big lake and hard to fish. Good for bass and pike .We caught some bass , and i never caught a pike, cast under docks and rocky areas for bass and find the weeds for pike , and hope for the best.

ps white spinner baits are good there but i recently got word from a contact that it is "fished out"
I mean , lots of tourneys there and BRACONIERS.

take care

I like the far end of the lake I have had some really good fishing there this year, I am planning to go up there in the next couple of weeks, I have caught over 12 bass everytime I have been there, last time was late august. if it is cloudy look to the flats near drop offs, if it is sunny fish the drop offs.

nice lake but during the summer the boat traffic is crazy.

i've seen wakeboarders getting drinks from another boat who is fallowing beside him. pretty crazy.

went snorkeling this summer in front of my buddies place, near the white church. managed to get to about 2 feet from a nice 5 pound pike. pretty cool, as the water is crystal clear.
