Attention Wal-Mart Shoppers.................

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Haha, good news on the GULP..I have one left in the jar  I will have to check up on that tomorrow. After reading the other thread I should not be surprised to get there and see the ice fishing section completely irradicated by Fish-Hawkers. Better check but I think were a little low on seed here

Thanks BA

How do you fish those "fish fry" baits? See them on the shelves and always go to the worms because of habit...

BA doesn't fish with those "fish fry" baits, he eats them while he's waiting for something to bite on his line  8)

Gulp fry mostly used on panfish jigs or spoons as attractor.
When hell freezes over, I'll be there icefishing!!!

Use 'em for perch, crappies and sometimes trout. Tip them on either a small vertical or horizontal style jig, ones desigened for panfish are best suited. I use the entire worm most of the time while the more finicky fish will prefer only have of it. Hold on

The last pic with the panfish thingys have been very good for catching Smallies for me. I use them when fishing with my son and target Perch but many Smallies have slammed them too. What a hoot on a 5.6' ultralight rod.
