But really...it's not about having 20 inch arms.....It's about making sure you can go on fishing without neck and back pain....lot's of the exercise are done before during and after a fishing outing.

It is not suit to make you loose weight...the training helps you gain some energy to go through long period of fishing.

If you have pain or a loss of energy while fishing, there is no qustion that your jugement, accuracy and
concentration will have a big influence and an impact on your performance, lure presentation and hook settings.

Trust me you might be a ''Fantastic" angler....but if you are not 100% it may cost you more than you think.....In tournaments for example....can't afford not to be top shape after 6 hours of non-stop fishing.

Training, streches, exercise is the edge you need to succeed more than you think on the water...no question about that!

JP,

This sounds like an awesome idea. I would like to see some time put in on how to read all of the info on these new sonars and what the heck some of the stuff on the screen means. I know as a pretty lousy angler I am not getting my money's worth from my Humminbird.

As far as excersise goes. I am fighting a nasty case of tennis elbow right now. So bad that I would have a difficult time casting right now. I do know that I wouldn't be able to pitch. I think as we get older some sport specific strengthening and stretching is a good idea.

I will definitely attend if I can work it around my night class, one son's hockey and the other one's karate.

Thanks Geos for your concerns.

The location has been set.

Because I have access to the state of the art facility. The Seminars will be held at TURPIN Pontiac, Buick, GMC in the Palladium Auto Mall beside Scotia Bank PLace.

The seminars will not take place on nights that there is a Sens game so traffic will be at a minimum.

I hope this works for everyone.

More details to follow.

Best Regards

Turpin is RIGHT beside the Queensway at Palladium drive...even if you're coming from Orleans, that shouldn't be any more than 1/2 an hour?? :?

Why not head straight there from work? That's what I usually do.

On occasion, I do need to get home to Orleans from Gatineau and then need to be in the Bells Corner for 7ish. If so, I take Hunt Club all the way down from my end of woods!

I would attend, it would be more desirable on a weekday evening so as not to tie up the weekends.

With my fishing prowess, I need as much instruction by the experienced as possible.

Thanks for taking on this intitiative.
