Lurkers

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

where's fishing 24/7 with his "this site's been HIJACKED" pic.

like almonte said this is quite normal for a thread to ramble onto different topics, more of an open thread i guess. but this "lurker" thread was asking for it.

i saw a lurker today. coming out of my chemistry class i saw somebody in the dark corner of the room over looking us, and taking down notes, as if the lurker was grading us.....

I believe mine is still in the box, in my parents basement, along with the dot-matrix printer and 5-1/4 inch floppy disk drive....Maybe I should go get it and set it up to see if it still work ......

The whole point of this thread I think originally was to make that point....

That F-H is to be a place to share, learn etc.

If all it is is a place to post pics it should be renamed:

Brag-Hawk....

and yes Dropshot'r....everyone here was a lurker at some point. Perhaps not for spots, perhaps for gear....

An easy way to solve ALL of this is to lock every forum and topic and the only way you can view them is by joining.

But then you get some folk....who have recently left. Who got given a whack of spots and then made a point to tell a lot of folk via PM.

Not a lurker but I guess just as bad.

I think the thread originally was just to poke fun at the term "Lurker"...

But this is F-H and of course some will take offense.....

I wonder by summers end how many fewer people we'll have here....????

i do agree that this thread though maybe lost its place in the fishing section. non-fishing perhaps???

down over here i heard it might rain up to 35 mm in 1 hour!!!!

it's another crappy day!!!!

on 640 AM this morning, they were saying that couple Lurkers have been spotted and they said that they are responsible for the downpour.
