Plano vs. Flambeau

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

I also have Flambau KwikDraw and it is good and small as I like it. I cut off the outside rubber band and the "Plastic Button" that seals it shut! I than saw on a piecies of Velcro in its place and now it is excellent! Closes tight and holds my PowerBait, Flies and whatever.. Its very good improovment for me. So ligh to carry a lot of stuff for your trip. I even have a box of ARTEXX Floats with me all the time..

I've got some Flambeau fishing storage gear and a few gun cases... haven't had a problem yet. I have a Plano box too... no problems yet. Both seem to be decent for storage.

True. I have an old Tackle Logic tackle bag. Huge. The main compartment holds 5 BPS binders. The 2 big side compartments will each hold 2-3 3700 size planos. The smaller 2 compartments hold line and tools.
I wish BPS would come out with a tacklebag for their finnese binders.

The closest bags to that are made by cabelas:

I think the super magnum will get the job done for me.

I also have a Bass Pro Extreme 370 bags and I got it at Paddletales in Winchester. It came with 4 nice big compartment. If you ask Ed, he should be able to get some and it was not more expensive then buying it at Bass Pro.
