well, this helps, the difference appears to be in quality of wood used and gaps in wood etc.... so if I was to re-floor my boat, I could use regular pressure treated and perhaps apply a lacker to further seal it. .... and save myself a lot of $$$.
I'd just use regular exterior grade ply, personally leary of toxins in pressure treated wood. I built a 16' boat out of regular ply, just painted and it has stood up great to a lot of (ab)use.

If you only want to do the job once...spring for the extra bucks and use marine ply....Been there, done that....
