Well there is one inside Brockville already just off Perth Street and then there is Dads gone fishing outside of Brockville for fishing. I'm not sure about the archery side of things but I believe there is some established set ups already in the area. I think it a tuff go now a days with the internet and all. But I'm sure there is some sort of market out there, just not sure how much. About the internet thing last year I bought a shimano stradic 2008 paid $120 Candain all in off ebay brand new in the box I believe here they were selling for $160 Canadain plus tax. Thats about $50.00 more when you factor in the taxes.

Yes, in the worst way.
I mean no disrespesct to Paul Rice, the owner of Dad's Gone Fishing. He is a good person and will try to get stuff in for you, and has helped sponser some lads in fishing tourneys over the years. However, his tackle shop is not in the same class as Bennetts (103km round trip from Brockville), Paddletales (159km round trip from Brockville), or Bait Casters(160km round trip from Brockville). I have heard rumors that Paul was thinking of selling the business, it's in a good location but needs a complete overhaul of products, and a face lift outside.
As for archery, South Nation Archery is a 160km round trip from Brockville.
Is this something you are planning? Looking for a partner? Let me know, as a Shorewood employee I have lot's of free time now.

Who is Folsom Man and what is his significance to the history of archery?
I've been reading a book recently called "The History of Archery" and I came across this reference to Folsom Man. Any search engine I type it into, nothing really shows up! I'm currently no where near an encycolpedia.
Does anyone have any knowledge about this 'Folsom Man'?
