Off to the Grand but I have a question

We are off to Stratford Monday morning to see some plays but part of the deal is I get to flyfish the Grand River. My question is whether anyone knows of a place along the way that I can park my high clearance motor home, give the doggies a walk and wet a line? The usual route is leaving Almonte, down Hwy 7 to the 401, through TO.
