RUMBLE in Rockland 2009!

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

I ain't touching the 444 thing.....it's just TOO easy.... I would like to see a list of his "sponsors" though....and Mom and Dad don't count....

It's great to see the Ottawa still kickin out the great fish....great to see Jiggy and Baz take home some loot!

The Great 444

Note to self:

1- postpone tournament debut until 2021 or get better cages.

2- enrol in 1 fish 72 consecutive hour tournaments.

3- only do "big tournaments" with optional weigh-ins.

4- look for new fictional sponsors.

and the last one, buy a defibrillator to revive oxygen-starved bass.

These negative replies still "all good" to you now?

You're taking a beating here Yan and I sincerely hope you thrive on this sh#t 'cause I'd be embarrassed as hell if I were you  . I'm beginning to think when it comes time to put your money where your mouth is, you fall absolutely short in the "pro" department. I wasn't aware of all your sponsorship deals but if you actually have any you'd be lucky if they're still around on Monday... pussying out on two tourneys in one season and posting a complete jackass video online holding up two dead bass while making up excuses is priceless.

Can I borrow your Booyah tourney shirt on Halloween so I too can pose as a pro bass guy for one night?

St.Francis is a great body of water to fish in the fall, and produces some big fish...should be a lot of fun! Cya there!

Would look alot nicer if my rods would fit in my 6' rod locker. Jealous, Its fast but the problem is I am too afraid to scratch it. When I got home I noticed a chip in the gel coat from that bloody log !

I just fished a 2 day classic. It was tough....

Guess what a guy's battery died on his NEW RANGER.....HE STILL CAME TO THE WEIGH IN! 9 minutes late so a 9lb penalty.....HE DIDN'T QUIT!

Even if you catch ZILCH you still show up!

There are some good days and some bad...best we did all year was a 3rd place finish on Big Rideau.

I can't believe this. You hyped up the B1. Then quit. You hyped up the Rumble and then didn't go to the weigh in.......

It takes more to be a "Pro" then pics of 3-4lb bass caught in one spot....and a real "pro" can also admit defeat and go up to that weigh station with whatever it is they caught.

Can you do that consistently on every lake in a series? I know I can't..yet.
But I at least tried it, had fun, learnt a TON, and was seriously humbled.

Why bother coming back to reply? And those fish you're holding are a day late.....they don't count......the Rumble is over son....you can go home now.

i'm going to have to take you to task on that pretentious comment RJ....after all this guy "owns and founded" an angling website that is so famous it must regularly crash due to the hit volume......can't be any other way to explain why FH needs to be used to advertise and publish the results of the tourney he owns.

Yan

check out these links

http://www.renegadebass.com/
http://www.wrileybassangler.com/SEBO/index.html
http://www.bassanglersofottawa.com/

On these pages you will find the names of a couple hundred bass fisherman.....Guys that fish highly pressured waters throughout eastern ontario in all sorts of conditions. They catch bass where ever the tourney organizers tell them to fish. And when the day is over, they show up to find out how they did.

JMHO but if you want to be taken seriously in the "bass" world, then you need to throw you hat in the ring and compete against the best our region has to offer.

The only nonsense on this thread is your video.

Looks kinda raining and over cast in this photo, not like the weather like yesterday. Weird.

Basically what people are saying 444, if you can't walk the walk, don't talk the talk. We don't need secret tips like "get up early to fish". As you just noticed, tournaments don't start that early.

CONG on your 3 lbers. How many times have you caught those same fish this year?

By all means then Yan, keep on trucking dude. I guess some people have their heads so far up their own arse, they refuse to take a whiff of the real world from time to time.

I give you an "8" on the nice pair of solid 3's on the arm extension in that overexposed picture!

O.k. now on a serious note,

Fish Hawk is taking the beating here not me. Sad but true. My partners and I have been fully aware of the ongoing black cloud over the Fish Hawk web site over the past years. Friendship and fishing should be one on here and anywhere in the industry....not the way around.

With all due respect to Bobber.

Thanks anyways for sharing.

Yan.
