Each time a post is made, a counter increments that keeps track of the number of replies to the topic. If that counter get's to be 14 or over, the system tells itself to start a new page. This is why we have "goto page 1, 2, 3, ETC) If that number never gets incremented, then posts will still go in, however you cannot see them unless you go directly to them by viewing the last post. It seems that when there are "e-mail" problems from watched topics, that counter never gets incremented, and while there are 16 replies, (which means 2 pages), it only shows that there are 13 replies, (which means 1 page). I've fixed the ones that I could find that were out of whack, but if there are others, please let me know what they are and I'll fix those too.
