Thanks Guys - a special thanks to Markus for posting the pics...took it out lastnight on the maiden voyage - to the headpond near Arnprior - it was an excellent night once the wind died down (flat calm) - the fish finder that came with the boat is a Lowrance X85 - is it ever nice - it has speed depth of course and water temp - it even has your battery volts - the detail is amazing.

There where (3) 200+ pound guys in the boat and we hit a top speed of 41.5 MPH - not too bad - we had a full tank of gas which is 77 litres or (20 Gallons)...plus or gear.

Now the fishing - we really did not fish that hard - we where more excited about being out in the new boat....but we did manage to catch 3 walleye - a couple of bass (rock and smallmouth) - it was good - we caught fish on the maiden voyage which was important....now I just have to work on my backing up with a trailer skills.

thanks guys
Sam
