This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

I have the HH and the first time i used it,i made the mistake of not using the straps.By the end of the day my neck hurt from carrying the weight of the suit.Ever since then i use the straps and i love the suit.Very warm. Also has a built in pee zipper :D
Also less expensive. There were days however that i wished i had a 2-piece but i have no complaints except the hood is crappy.
Dirty....mean....mighty unclean.

i use my suit. a lot. best part about my suit is the suspenders.

I have the Nautilus NFS 2000 - i believe it now HH.

not the warmest suit, thats for sure.

i find when my suit is unzipped, and half way down, its cause the temps are warm. those are the temps that many folks would not wear a suit at all. if its cold, the suit is done up completely (obviously to keep warm). I look at it as a half suit is better than no suit in the warmer weather.

the only problem with wearing a one piece suit off to the waist or a 2 piece with the jacket off, is what happens if you fall in. next summer, put your suit on half way and jump into a swimming pool....your legs will float bigtime and you'll be fighting to keep your head above water until you get the top part back on.

but i tell you all...they call it survival suit....m not sher.

mabe guive you a few min suit..that is it.

most off those suit you fall in it guive you a few min to go back on ice or to shore..if you wait longer then that..it will just guive a chnace to find your body pure and simple.

like wen people fish on open water and have that suit on....if you ever go down that suit will help to find you..but might be dead.

it those not do any miracle..it will float you that is it and guive you a few min more.

and its hot.

people think to highly about those suits.

but for ice fishing..its a great toold to have and yeas it save life and mabe someday some off yours to.

so still be carefull..not because you have oragne suit on that it will save you.

most off heat goes out by the extemetis ...foot/heads/hands..and all those are out off that suit anyway.

good shoping boys.

I purchased the Mustang Integrity two piece two years ago. I did a fair amount of research but having said that, I was already partial to using the Mustang suits as we have them at work. The only thing that is a pain in the butt is that I bought a parka top vs a bomber style jacket. It is long and when I sit in my hut and it is -30 out, the floatation material becomes very stiff as would be expected so the coat rides up into my neck like a piece of cardboard. I think I would have gotten the bomber style if I was to make the purchase again. I bought at Lebarons because with the substantial cost of these items, I didn't want to buy online without having tried it on. The one shop I was speaking with online did not allow refunds or exchanges. Buy the Lebarons membership and save a good chunk right off the top. I cant compare to the HH as I have not had the opportunity to wear one. I can attest that if you go in with a Mustang on, two piece or one piece, you are going to float flat on top of the water. Trust me, we tested them.
