boq question #2?

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

boq question #2?

Another question for BOQ. Has anyone caught a walleye deadsticking or on tip ups? Or is it a waste of time.

well ive fished out here 30 years and ive only seen 2 eyes iced on tip ups, they like the movement that jigging offers
but you never know, its worth a try anytime i do think those polar bear tip ups are the best they have a big pc of metal that you can bend to catch the wind so it jigs for ya,

get out there cause there still hitting...

I have not fished the bay as long as the HAWG HUNTER, nor have I been alive that long, but you're better off to jig two rods, as opposed to a tip-up and a jigging rod.
