Wallys east of Cornwall Hydo Dam?

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Wallys east of Cornwall Hydo Dam?

Post by Walleye Ric »

Haven't fished the St Lawrence East of Cornwll Hydro Dam for Wallys' in 35 years. Any suggestions for spots. I've heard north side of Cornwall Island as well as North Side of Pilon Island

fishing east of dam in cornwall

i have not fished there in 4 or 5 years but you can put your boat in just west of the complex in cornwall. we used a worm harness and a 2 to 3 oz drop sinker. just let the currant take you down & keep bouncing your sinker on bottom drift 300 or 400 yards past the complex then go back up past where you launched & repeat have caught a number of good walleyes tat way.if you go on the weekends you should see a number of boats doing the same . good luck.
