That's is how I found the launch, took me hours so why should I just tell you?
Because thats what this site is for? He wasn't looking for your prime fishing spots.. Geesh!
Ok so I have to bust my butt looking for a way into a private lake to just post it on the net so all can just go there without any effort on their part?
This is a 1000 acre lake or a puddle we are talking about here, a hand full of boats and you're always casting next to someone else.
I stopped fishing it even before it died, my boats were getting too big and some bass guy was guiding the crap out of the muskies in there doing a number on the quality of fishing.
The point is Richard, if you don't want to help don't post a reply. Its that simple. No one cares if you spent a month finding the launch, I know if I did and someone wanted help finding it I would be happy to help
The launch is at the end of the stream. It is quite hidden.
I haven't been in a few years, but I know you get off the highway at Maxville, head through town, and then make a left at the next major road. You'll cross over a stream/small bridge, and there will be an entrance on the right shortly after. You launch there, and then have to drive the stream about a km to get to the actual lake.
thanks guys for all the help, It's really appreciated. we went to check it out in either case just for exploring purposes. Nice lake but no luck really, Gotta love people who take advantage of our country. and we all know who the majority is that is "stealing" these fish.
The people who are uneducated about the fishing system and laws in place, I worked where we sold fishing permits and some people come in and ask if they even need a permit and have no idea of fish limits. it's disturbing at the amount i have seen
