Any new Lake Temagami fishing reports??? Tips, tricks, what works etc... Our trip is scheduled for Aug 6th.

The water is extremely low!!!.....Hope you have a GPS with maps of the lake and if not, don't stray off from the channel markers or you'll be looking for a new prop or lower unit...
We were there a few weeks back and there was a lad staying at another lodge that was on his 4th prop
and was missing a huge chunk off his skeg!!....there was also some sad news of a local guy that hit a shoal so bad one evening that he couldn't get the boat off it and decided to try to swim to shore for help...unfortunately, he didn't make it and drowned!!
Surface water temps were high (78.9F)....Lakers were caught anywhere from 30' - 90FOW......all the Walleye were caught in over 30' using bottom bouncers and spinner rigs with worms...
