Casting 35 to 50 feet accurately is far more important than distance get an old hula hoop and when you can hit it every time when it is beside objects under the limbs of a bush switch to a garbage can lid and then a frisby . That being said my vote was 100 feet plus distance will come but in the slop I fish you must place your casts and long casts would be fouled in the first 10 feet of retrive also hooksets are more difficult.
