Frozen hands and a Muskie to boot.

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Congrats on the ski' and birch. I bet that will never happen again. That and losing your camera to the water. That's what those lilttle stupid strings are for in the end. We never think about until after. It's happened to me and to you. It will hapen to others. Wear the stupid string around your wrist people. It will save you some $$$ and in this case some nice pics too.

There should be a little warning note like they have on the Wii Remotes to put it on at all times.

I thought those strings were just there to get in the way of the pictures and make it hard to get back in the case. Speaking of which I have a camera case for sale..real cheap.

So what your saying is have the fish in the boat before I or my buddy take's the camera out to take a picture. Mental note taken. O the famous catching a tree. I've been there unfortunately, lol. Congrats on the Muskie, tuff luck on the camera and I love the story how you got your wife to let you go fishing. Funny stuff man.
Happy fishing.

Good man!
You don't need a picture for a report...
Who cares if no one believes you! :D

P.S
I sunk my eye glasses several year back on a trout trip. Went blind for the rest of the the trip and all of the way back home! Something I never want to repeat.

Congrats on your first lunger, don't worry about the picture, you'll have more opportunities for that.

You sure weren't making it easy on yourself fishing that stretch this time of year.... that makes your first that much more special....the improbabilty of it.

Good Fishin!!

Already been said but I'll say it again... LANYARD!
Fishing for muskie just keeps getting more and more expensive.
Makes for a great story in the end though.
Congrats on your PB! :D

Great catch Almonte.
I knew you had it in you to cast away and get one. Told ya they work well casting too.
Sorry about the camera though.
The "fishing on your wedding day" part is great.
Good luck and congrats on the wedding and the fish!

Congats on your PB Muskie. We spent 16 hours on the water Sunday and Monday and came up empty. By 5:30 pm last night, I would have thrown my camera over the side in exchange for a PB Muskie!!

Thanks all for the ribbing and congrats but come on..if I was joking about this fish I would have at least made it a 47" muskie instead of a small one

I told my buddy that if the water wasn't so cold I would have jumped in to get the camera because no one will believe it without that picture. So again if someone catches my camera check the pics. There will be a bunch of my son and a few fishing trips on it. 8) You know the pic I think I took while filling my drawers might not be of much because I flinched as soon as I was taking it....
