Bulky is right...no way we were going to go without Lifejackets on with the water temps a hair above freezing

Warm up breaks were needed but all in all it was not too bad. Paddeling was quiet and relaxing. Much needed stress break all around.

Back on shore as it was starting to get a bit colder....no bites from the canoe but we had some luck from shore and 1 fish ended up going home for a meal.

Arrived in the dark and left at dark...great day guys, now to put away the softwater rods and prepare for the ice which is only a couple weeks away at this rate.
