Looking for bass club!

hey everyone, i was curious as to how a bass fisherman without a boat could get into a tournament series! Im sure theres atleast one person here who can help me out. I live in ottawa so it would need to be relatively close and not too expensive. Just looking to move to the next level

as for not to expensive well honestly nothing about tourney fishing is cheap.
