Nipigon's Virtues Report.

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Great report as per expected bud!
Smartest two moves I ever made were to go north for 10 years to work and find Brenda along the way. A life earned and accepted by most.

Thanks Craig. :D

Moosebunk your one helluva fisher dude.
I could see why a man would want to settle down in that part of the country. Just some glorious scenery ta real in those polkadot beauties and to share that with your daughter is just fantastic.

It had to be a trip of muted expectations...who else but you Drew to take a 10 year old out for a week's fishing on the Nip proper?!?? That all came together beautifully. A daughter wanting to go with dad, two toned Float on a mission, Len seeking specs, and you just wishing to fish the Nip once more. I too had phoned this place and looked at dates but you got it done.

LEAH IS A FISHERGIRL STAR..and she reminds me of my youngest who now is in university. Dad knows which ones are the naturals. At that age they sure do put your frame of mind quick in a kid like way. How better to unburden your heart and mind of the grind, and explore in such a carefree way?

Good on the guys, and Leah also to being so accommodating, everyone gave more then they got. And good on you to do it right for everyone once more. BEAUT report that had me fully engaged like none other recently....but heck I'm a dad! Nicely done to not omit details to create a highlight reel. The ebb and flow of the week told a better story. Can't praise u e-nuf dude!!

It took 25 mins for this one to load over my not-so-high-speed connection but it was worth every minute.....

It was hard to step out of my skin Chris, to try and be chill, and play differently. Have always hit that lake hard, every trip, with big fish goals in mind. Having gone enough times now there were certain other expectations of the fishing, exploring, and also hopes for Leah, Kevin, Len and myself with this trip. Overall it went well, I learned alot about everyone involved, including myself. This trip will do much to add to any future trips. Appreciate the thoughtful reply too... there are reports that certainly just are highlight reels but one's such as this are best told with the whole truth. Good or sometimes bad, it's personal and it's real fishing.

Thanks again F-H'ers for the kind replies here. Glad this report read well. :)

Great read and pics Bunk, pretty awesome that your daughter was up for such a trip and seemed to enjoy every minute of it to boot. This particular trip will surely remain with the both of you for the rest of your lives and should fuel the desire to return together for years to come. This report has it all: Lots of fish; very large ones too, great friends and family.
Walleye'm fishing, you're sleeping.
