Just a logistical question. If there is alcohol involved at the park, do we need to get special permission to do so. I think it's a public park and I don't know if there are certain rules that might need to be followed.
Hey guys sounds like a good idea. Ive never met any other hawk talkers. the only thing is my 14ft aluminum is not suited for the rath of the ottawa. If anyone has room on board let me know. I will pay gas.......coffee......nice t-bone steak.....whatever let me know.
The rath of the Ottawa is way overstated by alot of people....unless the winds are over 20 kh it's a piece of cake...and for that case...any body of water with 20kh plus winds aint fun in a 14 ft...
Hey guys,
I know the Arnprior O.P.P. VERY VERY WELL and I am sure without a permit of some sort as it is public property...they wont allow Alcohol open and drinken..I may be wrong but I doubt it. Also the O.P.P. Marine Unit WILL give tickets and take booze away if it is open on the water! Any questions of impaired operation..THEY WILL CHARGE YOU. They carry the alcotest onboard with them...
This is just FYI!
