Some decent outings lately on the mighty St Lawrence with the transition into fall and the smallies on the feed.
Highlight for me so far is this 5lb 8oz slob of bronze from last week.
Surface temp has dipped below 70F and the fish are loading up. Same old story as far as depth and method... 20 to 30ft draggin tube and droppin shot.
Tight lines!

Come fall I really do enjoy some of the few days a year chasing bass. Smallies, on the back lakes. One of these days gotta try the luck down your way though Jay, cause the sizes are hard to beat.
