Here is a link to the 2016 Ontario Fishing Regulations.......find the FMZ that your going to be fishing in and understand what's open and closed. The uncertainty will be eliminated. :lol: :wink: :wink:

A couple other things to mention here are,
1: Check the zone Exemptions for the zone your in. Where you are may not have the same rules as the general Zone.
2: If close to the Zone Boundary the exact boundary is not always easily identifiable. If in doubt you can go on the MNR website and closely check out the boundary lines. This requires zooming in on the "Detail" for that area.
