Does anyone know of a bait shop that sells minnows around Casselman?

The closest thing to a bait shop in your area would likely be J & L(I think) gun repair in Embrun.
It's a small shop by the Castor river that does repairs, sells hunting supplies, ammo, etc. located on Notre Dame in Embrun.
You should be able to google a phone number.

There is also Pete's bait in Wendover. Chemin du Quai, I believe.
Phone 613-673-1603. I buy from him all the time. Nice bait and a nice guy.

Yeah the guy's on notre dame just before Embrun, he has a sign outfront for archery and hunting supplies. He's hard to miss.
