Anyone knows where the public boat launch is? Is it in the Barnet Park? Does it have a washroom (for the ladies)?

Yes, at Barnet Park, last time I was there, it was free to park. Usually a Porta is there, but with COVID, I see less and less of them around...

there are washrooms there, couldn't tell you if they are open though
