Fishing for walleye
When trolling for walleye. One the things I'm constantly doin is what i call 10-2 think of a clock. I'm always moving my rod tip doing different things in that window, like let the lure fall back and let sit a second then pull it in all with the 10-2 motion I do it different ways as in different speeds, different motion (fall stop fall stop) or back and forth couple times. I'm goin say 98% the time I get my fish when I move the rod tip. Good luck tight lines

Agreed.
For me they seem to always hit on the down stroke.
