I'm heading to muskrat lake sat. morning to start off the long weekend . I'm going to stay at the North way Motel . I have fished muskrat several years ago for mostly pike though . I have old MNR info. about the lake from several years ago and the stocking of lake trout was mentioned .
I also had heard about walleye being in the lake but hadn't talked to anybody that had caught them . I know the hwy. 17 side of the lake is shallow and good for bass but I would sure like to get some walleyes and I know Fish-Hawk was there in the spring complete with maps .
If anybody could give me some info. I would be very thankfull .If I could get a handle on a fishing map of the lake it would be great . I have a deep hull 14.5 Smokercraft tiller with a 25 h.p. and a downrigger and too much gear ( or so I'm told ) Thanks .
