Southern Bass'n

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Fish Hedz and Paintball masks...not

Post by Chris Hockley »

http://www.fishhedz.net/chart.htm

You want to see the difference between Fish Hedz and a paintball mask...just click on the link.

Though the mask may look like a modified paintball mask...there are many advantages and superior products used in the Fish Hedz mask that make it a better choice for boating.

$99.95 u.s. msrp through a retailer.

Sorry Chris!

I was pondering the distribution thing too....these are a winning idea for sure. Good to see you on top of it! :P When you have them available, let me know. I'd be happy to be your first customer. My wife is already indicated her need for mine, with the memory of the bumblebee that hit her in the face last summer still fresh in her mind.  . So I'm gonna need a second one....perhaps a custom Fish-Hawk one!

Have you tried one yet Chris? I can't say enough good things about them.

Chris, you'll be on the invite list for sure for the next trip down. I'm hoping to get back down in about 4 weeks. Larry will have his new Ranger by then too, it arrives next week.

Those masks sure would do the trick, yet they sure do look funny!

Do they come with wiper blades for all the splash back on those rough water days??

Ransome, the lens is treated and you can't wipe it with anything. The inside is fog resistant and although I haven't taken a wave to the face with it on yet, I'm sure it'll just bead off.

I think they are so ccol looking. Get one to match your boat Ian, it'll look sharp. Do motorcross riders look funny? Goalies? Snowmobilers? I thnk protecting your face and looking sharp is a great idea.

I do think they're over priced though...

I agree markus with the price.. thats two tanks of gas in the boat!

However looking at the fish headz web site, they do have a nice red one that would look pretty snazzy in my hopefully soon to be boat!!!

What kinda boat are you looking for?

I just happen to sell new and used boats....

Bass Boats, Bow Riders, Cutters, Multi Species...

You name it...I will get it...lower prices than anywhere else in Canada.

Fantastic man, welcome home.

I am incredibly surprised by the lack of weeds. I would have thought that Alabama is warm, hence weeds all year long. Live and learn.

I like the cool mask thing. Who has not fished a day and wished that the bill on their ball caps was a foot longer to provide some protection. :D Me, I got a full windshield.

And as for the lack of luck south of the border ... c'mon guys. 4 fish on a body of water he has never seen, fishing with someone else's equipment, using a style fairly new to him. And then, he outfishes the guy who's boat he is on.
That damn funny talking canuck is lucky he didn't have to swim back to the dock. :D

Looks like you had a great time even though the weather and fish weren't cooperating as they usually do with you!

Must have been nice to flip and cast in the middle January with some of the BassMaster folks.

Carlco, I can usually find a few hungry fish, but the past year has been a terrible one for weather timing. Every weekend trip I planned and went on was plauged with rotten weather. I hope 05 brings nicer weekend weather. :?
